Grace has been practicing bodywork since 2016. Her approach combines the relaxation of Swedish massage with the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue techniques and evidence based medical massage. She trained on the job in clinical evidence based bodywork with her chiropractic mentor Dr. John Harrington. She is also trained in Craniosacral therapy and certified in MediCupping.

As a wife and mother of three boys, Grace understands that bodywork care extends through the family. Grace works with people from all walks of life, with varying abilities, in every season, from infants to hospice. She has a special place in her heart for prenatal/postnatal massage as well as chronic pain cases. Grace is passionate that no one deserves to live in a lens of pain and everyone deserves compassion and mercy.
