Ingredients

  • 1 banana, or tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 chopped almonds, or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • Dash of paprika

Instructions

  • Prepare banana or tomato. Place in a small bowl.
  • Add the next five ingredients.
  • Serve chilled.
