    Poached Egg
    1. Boil an inch or more of water in a small frying pan.
    2. Crack an egg into the boiling water, cover, and turn to simmer for a minute or longer depending on how you like your egg.
    3. Spoon out egg onto toasted, buttered, whole grain bread or gluten-free bread. Garnish with herbs.
    4. Add greens such as spinach with the meal.
