    Baked Salmon Dijon
    1. Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
    2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    3. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray.
    4. Place salmon, skin-side down, on prepared sheet.
    5. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper, then spread with the sauce.
    6. Bake salmon until just opaque in the center, about 20 minutes.

    Cool Veggie Pizza

    1. Preheat oven to pizza dough instructions.
    2. Prepare dough and bake until lightly browned.
    3. Remove from oven.
    4. Cool completely.
    5. Blend cream cheese, veggennaise, dill weed, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    6. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled crust.
    7. Top with finely chopped vegetables.
    8. Refrigerate before serving.
